Laws over serving alcohol to drunks may need modernising

Changes to the law could be necessary with regard to people being served alcohol when drunk.
That's the belief of Chief Constable Gary Roberts.
Speaking on Manx Radio today ahead of Tynwald's debate of his annual report next week, Mr Roberts said the nature of drink influenced problems has changed.
