The Director of Highways says the first phase of work to give Douglas Promenade a massive facelift should be completed by next TT.
During its sitting this week, Infrastructure Minister David Cretney will ask Tynwald for ?1.6 million for improvements between the Sea Terminal and the Jubilee Clock.
That phase of the enormous project should take just over nine months to complete.
