Minister defends ?400K spend on ticketing system

The Leisure Minister has defended the decision to spend ?400,000 on a new bus ticketing system.

There’s been criticism of the move at a time when the department is trying to make major savings and asking drivers to take significant pay cuts.

However, Graham Cregeen believes he gained Tynwald support after explaining the position in detail to colleagues.
