Scottish first minister to deliver lecture

The Scottish First Minister will deliver the Chief Minister’s International Lecture to an audience of nearly 200 invited guests on Tuesday.

Alex Salmond will speak at the Villa Marina after being invited to the Island as a guest of the Manx government.

Chief Minister Allan Bell says there are many matters of mutual interest to discuss.
