On Saturday the 27th of July, between 1pm and 3pm, the community Police officer for Derby Ward in Douglas, PC Jon Cretney, would like to invite local residents of Derby Ward to the Karma Lounge at the Warehouse Fitness Gym (which is above Hanly’s Convenience Store) on Westmoreland Road, Douglas for a coffee and a chat about local issues. The ‘drop in surgery’ is to give an opportunity for residents to talk to and to get to know their local Police Officer as well as giving the chance to discuss any problems or concerns they may have. The Karma Lounge is located within the gym and refreshments will be available. Although the gym is a ladies only gym access to the Karma Lounge is available to all for the meeting and everyone is welcome to attend.
