Police after man left with serious facial injuries

Police are appealing for witnesses to a disturbance that occurred last Thursday evening 11th July, in an area off Broadway in Douglas called the ‘Falcon Glen’, also known as Glen Falcon Gardens. Police and Ambulance crews were called to the area, shortly after 11.00pm on Thursday night to find a male with serious facial injuries. The man was taken to Nobles Hospital where he underwent emergency re-constructive surgery to his face and is now making a recovery. So far Police have arrested 4 people in connection with this incident, however, it is believed there were a number of other people in the area at the time who may have seen what happened. Detective Constable Samuel Cannell has asked if anyone has seen, heard or has any information relating to this incident, could they contact Police Headquarters in Douglas on (01624) 631212.
