Pedestrian Crossing Suspension Junction of Regent Street and Loch Promenade

by isleofman.com 22nd July 2013
As a result of an electrical supply issue the Department has suspended the signalized controlled pedestrian crossing at the junction of Regent Street and Loch Promenade. The Department is working with MEA engineers to restore power to the installation.

The Regent Street crossing is an important and heavily used pedestrian crossing point between the retail areas and the Promenade, and the Department would urge motorists to exercise caution in the area whilst the signals are suspended.

An alternative controlled crossing point exists a short distance away at the junction between Howard Street and Loch Promenade.
