The President of Tynwald, the Hon Clare Christian, has conveyed to their Royal Highnesses, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the congratulations of Tynwald Court on the news of the birth of their son.

Madam President said: ‘It was with great pleasure that we welcomed the announcement of the birth of the royal couple’s first child. We extend to their Royal Highnesses our warmest congratulations and wish them and their families every happiness at this time of great joy and cause for celebration.’
