Chief Minister sends best wishes to Royal couple

Allan Bell, the Isle of Man Government's Chief Minister has sent the following note to the Royal couple following the birth of their son yesterday:

"It give me great pleasure on behalf of the Government of the Isle of Man to offer congratulation and best wishes on the birth of your son."
