This year Manx Cancer Help celebrate 30 years of supporting islanders with cancer, their families and carers. Standard Bank is also celebrating its African roots by sponsoring the Mifumi Schools project, a charity which enables over 700 boys and girls to receive an education in a remote area of Uganda.
Ian Hamilton, Head of Corporate and Business Banking in the Isle of Man, said, ‘The day was everything it should have been, a fun event for those taking part, and a chance for us to do something to help the community.
