Donations down at local Oxfam

An Island charity shop is struggling due to a lack of sales and donations.
Oxfam on Castle Street in Douglas has seen a ten percent fall in income over the past six months.
The decline on the Island is twice as bad as the UK's which currently stands at five percent.
Store manager Sabina Ali outlines why the shop is struggling:
