Police appeal after incident in Santon

At approximately 9.20pm on Monday 29th July an incident has taken place on Cow Hill, Santon whereby police have detained persons from a blue Nissan Micra. During the incident police officers have ended up in the middle of the road whilst detaining these persons.
 
A number of motorists have driven past and some have assisted the police.
 
Police would like to speak to any witnesses who passed the police officers during this incident and also personally thank the members of public who stopped and assisted police.
 
All information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
