by isleofman.com 2nd August 2013

Following the death of one of their members Peels Viking Lodge of Freemasons has presented a cheque for ?250 to Peel RNLI.

Worshipful Master of Viking Lodge Howard  Kelly presented the cheque to branch Chairman Stuart Blackley in memory of Willie Clarke a member of the lodge for over 40 years. Willie was well known in Peel firstly as a fisherman and more latterly working on nets at the Isle of Man Fishermen's Association. He had close contact with the RNLI and the Peel station is most grateful for this donation in his memory.
