Pacemaker service launched

People needing routine pacemaker surgery will no longer have to travel to Liverpool.

Noble's Hospital launched its new Pacemaker Implantation Service this week.

It means people needing the treatment can have it on the Island, along with battery changes and follow-up care.

Clinical Physiologist at Noble's Lyn Whitaker says advances in technology are changing the way they work:
