Huge improvements to bus service, says Kniveton

There have been huge improvements to the Island's bus service over the last few years, according to a senior civil servant.
Colin Kniveton is the new chief executive of the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure.
He says income has gone up, expenditure has gone down and claims the service has been improved in every area.
He says that has been done under challenging circumstances, too:
