Exciting time for ice cream company

An Island ice cream company hopes to run fully on hydroelectric power in 2014.

The Silverdale-based firm Jimbo's is to use a 17th century water wheel and a naturally flowing stream to operate its machinery.

It's hoped the hydro-produced frozen treats will be in freezers by Easter.
