OFT criticises festival organisers

The time taken for some people to get a refund from the Isle of Man Festival organisers is unacceptable.

That's according to the Chief Officer at the Office of Fair Trading Mike Ball who says he hopes the situation will be resolved soon.

The music event backed by 3FM and Manx Telecom was called off in June due to poor ticket sales.
