Hospital problems being worked on, says Bell

The chief minister says he's as concerned as anyone about problems at Noble's Hospital, and is working hard to make improvements there.
In the past few months there has been concern from consultants about the care of critically ill patients.
A major review of Noble's is to be carried out by the West Midlands NHS.
And there have been failed attempts by the Liberal Vannin Party to pass a vote of no confidence in the health minister, David Anderson.
