LMF LMF to speak at First Tuesday Club

by isleofman.com 21st August 2013

Love My Figure, Love My Fashion (“LMF LMF”), an innovative new online dress shop, where you can find out and shop by your body shape, will be the guest speaker at this September’s First Tuesday Club at the Bath and Bottle.

First Tuesday IOM is a women’s networking group on the Isle of Man, which meets on the first Tuesday of every month.  It’s free and inclusive and aims to support women in business, with the monthly event covering business and lifestyle topics.

LMF LMF, which launched in June 2013, celebrates all body shapes and sizes, and aims to help women find the perfect fitting dress by enabling them to shop by their body shape.

Laura Faulds, Managing Director of LMF LMF commented, “I am very much looking forward to being guest speaker at the First Tuesday Club this September. It was lovely to be asked and I think it’s a great idea for women in business to be able to network in a casual environment.  Not only is it a networking opportunity, but an opportunity to discuss practical business topics, individual challenges and shared interests.  We will be doing a Question and Answer session and I will also be joined by Charlotte Easton, of Charlotte Easton Makeup”.

Organiser, Sam Rafferty, Managing Director at Pomegranate Organics commented, “After learning about Laura?s decision to launch her business and her story behind her business, we knew we needed to invite her down to share her experiences.  First Tuesday meets every month, 6pm downstairs in the Bath & Bottle, Victoria Street, Douglas”.

You can visit LMF LMF’s dress shop at www.lmflmf.co.uk and find out why Laura decided to launch her online business aged 22.
