The body of a local man believed to be Malcolm James Cowley, aged 44, was found at his home address in Bircham Avenue Close, Ramsey by a family member on Tuesday 20th August 2013.
Mr Cowley, a labourer, who lives alone, was last seen in the Ramsey area on or around Saturday 27th July 2013. Whilst Police are not treating Mr Cowley’s death as suspicious, they still seek any information with regards to his last movements in order to gain an understanding of the circumstances leading to his death.
