Blue sky thinking over deep water berth

Golf enthusiasts on a tour of coastal courses around the British Isles are playing a round at Castletown links today.
They arrived in Douglas Bay this morning on board the world's largest sailing ship, the five-masted cruise vessel Wind Surf.
Passengers on the Legendary Links cruise were whisked away to Castletown for a visit organised by local golfing tourism firm Golf Tours Isle of Man.
Visits to other attractions including the MGP races are also on offer.
The Wind Surf arrives as tourism bosses consider the viability of a deep water berth for visiting cruise ships.
Head of Tourism at the Department of Economic Development Angela Byrne says a substantial investment could pay off:
