It's grim up North, say beach cleaners

by isleofman.com 31st August 2013
A group of volunteer beach cleaners will return to a beach in the North tomorrow.

Beach Buddies are heading back to Sartfield in Jurby on Sunday, to tackle more rubbish on the shore there.

If you’d like to take part you can meet up at the beach at 10.30am – Beach Buddies will provide all necessary equipment.

Organiser Bill Dale says he’d like to go back to Sartfield after a previous visit to pick up the last of the litter there – he says it’s the dirtiest beach on the Island.
