Theft warning for boat owners

by isleofman.com 1st September 2013
There’s a warning from police after a spate of thefts from harbours in the South of the Island.

In recent weeks a number of items have been taken from boatyards around Port Erin, Port St Mary and Castletown.

The most recent theft saw a silver boat winch taken from a trailer at Derbyhaven between August 20 and 26.

PC Robin Arnold says people who are offered items for sale should first check carefully whether their bargain has been stolen:Clip 1
