Call for government to support bread businesses

A member of Laxey Glen Mills' board has explained to Manx Radio the co-dependent relationship which exists between it and Ramsey Bakery.
The bakery buys 90% of the flour produced by the mill.
The head of the bakery, Jim Duncan, has recently called on government to do more to help the Island's food producers, or risk losing them.
Director and chairman of Laxey Glen Mills is Mike Henthorn.
He told John Moss it's a vital resource:
