Gymns are second on goal difference and welcome third placed Douglas Royal to Tromode.
Leaders Braddan visit Douglas & District.
Douglas Athletic will hope to make it three wins from four played when they travel to Onchan.
Unbeaten Malew will be looking for a second victory of the campaign at Ronaldsway.
The other two games feature sides without a win so far this season - Foxdale are at home to Ayre and Marown host Pulrose.
