Woman saved from Peel harbour

Police officers and lifeboat crew were called to Peel this lunchtime after reports that a woman had fallen or jumped into the harbour.
The incident happened around 1pm around the jetty at East Quay.
Peel lifeboat rescued a woman from the water and she was taken to Nobles hospital by ambulance. It's understood a policeman had also dived into the sea to try and help save the woman.
It's not thought she was seriously injured.
