Cronkbourne add another trophy

Cronkbourne won the Standard Bank League Cup yesterday when they beat Peel & St John’s by seven wickets.

Sam Kebbell and Alex Stokoe both took four wickets as the Saints were dismissed for 69 in 26 overs.

Dan Hawke top scored with 16 while keeper Adam Killey took three catches and made a stumping.

Cronkbourne skipper Max Stokoe hit 21 and Adam McAuley cracked 16 as the Tromode side raced to victory.

They scored 72 for 3 from 13 overs to finish their highly successful season in triumph.
