Island Film Festival continues

The Isle of Man Film Festival continues today (Thurs) with a selection of short movies around the Island.
The Patchwork Cafe in Port St Mary, Bath & Bottle Speakeasy Cinema in Douglas and Northern Lights Community Centre in Ramsey are all hosting simultaneous events.
The festival had its official launch last night with a screening of "JustShowing Off" at the Centenary Centre which was written and produced by Andy Blackburn, who was educated on the island and originally trained in film by festival director Dave Armstrong.
Dave says the amount of creative talent on the Island is amazing
Tickets cost ?5 and doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
