4G could change way people do business on Island

The head of an Island technology company says new 4G mobile networks could change the way people do business on the Isle of Man.
Chris Davies, the Chief Executive of Douglas-based Intelligence, says the announcement there’ll be up to three licensees on the Island providing the high-speed data networks is good news.
He says this leap forward in technology will be different to 3G, where data speeds got faster, because the technology is more suited to corporate uses.
Mr Davies says he can’t wait for the licences to be issued – a process which could happen within the next two months:
