Michael George has added the Ramsey Bakery End to End Race Walk title to the Parish Walk he won earlier in the summer.
He broke free of Richard Gerrard to finish six and a half minutes clear in the 39 mile event from the Point of Ayre to the Sound.
More than 300 competitors started the race.
Vinny Lynch was third ahead of Robbie Callister with Janice Quirk the first woman home in seventh.
