Creer and Crowe join forces for single

Terminal cancer sufferer Katherine Crowe has outlived every doctors' prognosis.

She made headlines last Christmas with her song Smile, and now she's ready to make headlines again.

Katherine has co-written a song with musician and good friend Matt Creer.

'Don't Let Me Go' has been released on iTunes, and is outselling well-known artists.

Although written with Katherine's situation in mind, the duo say the song is open to interpretation:Clip 1
