China efforts starting to bear fruit

Two years of effort to attract Chinese investment into the Isle of Man is starting to bear fruit.
A joint government-private sector delegation visited China in April this year to promote the Island as a 'gateway' to European markets.
The trade delegation held meetings with business organisations, government officials and businessmen during a tour of three Chinese cities.
This week it was announced Chinese LED light manufacturer LINSO has set up a trading company here, as it bids to find new markets in the UK and EU.
Economic Development Minister John Shimmin says this could be the start of something promising for the Island:
