Help to find roots of family tree

There's a chance to explore your ancestry with the help of the Isle of Man Family History Society which is staging its 2013 exhibition this weekend (27 and 28 September).
Entitled Footsteps in Family History, society members will help with researching and recording your family tree at the iMuseum in Kingswood Grove, Douglas.
The exhibition runs from 1015 to 1630 on Friday and Saturday. Admission is free although donations are welcome.
Editor of the IOM Family History Society journal Priscilla Lewthwaite says the venue is still little known as a mine of information for those wishing to trace their roots:
