No room for 'complacency'

The Chief Minister insists there’s no room for complacency locally after Jersey's economy hit its lowest level for 15 years.

Latest figures show the economy of Jersey, one of the Island's foremost rivals in financial services business, has shrunk for the fifth year in a row.

Although the Island works closely with its Channel Island counterparts on many issues, Allan Bell says the Isle of Man remains in competition economically and has to stay more alert than ever.
