Speakers' Corner could encourage citizenship

Would a base for public debate, exchange of ideas and expression of free speech benefit Island residents?
Douglas Development Partnership is investigating whether a Speakers Corner should be set up in the capital and wants to hear your views.
Manager Chris Pycroft said if there’s an appetite for it, it would have the power to encourage active citizenship.
