Extra Gatwick flights "not as useful as they could have been"

Passenger watchdog body Travelwatch says it’s glad easyJet is upping its Gatwick service – but says the timings on the route aren’t helpful.

The airline’s announced it will put an extra flight on each weekday to the London airport from Ronaldsway starting next year.

Terry Liddiard of Travelwatch says although having extra flights can only be a good thing, the late morning flights won’t help business people travelling to the Isle of Man.

And he says he doubts the firm’s claim people will be able to take day trips to the UK capital:Clip 1
