The investigation into Saturdays fatal collision has continued with officers speaking to witnesses from the bus and those directly in the vicinity of both vehicles involved in Saturdays incident on the Castletown Bypass.
On a positive note, Alexis brother has continued to make good progress and responded well to treatment and is now conscious and able to speak. His mum has been transferred over to the UK for further treatment on her injuries but also to be with her husband and son.
Alexis dad remains in a serious but stable condition.
Inspector Bibby leading the investigation said “I would like to thank the response from the public and witnesses that have come forward. The comments and thoughts posted throughout the week on Social media have been of great comfort to Alexis mum.”
