An Audience with Dr Jeremy Paul

Internationally acclaimed wildlife artist Dr Jeremy Paul will host a talk on his fascinating career, travels and painting techniques at the Manx Museum this Saturday, 12th October 2013 from 10.30am to midday. 

The talk will shed light on Jeremy’s successful career in marine biology to becoming a professional wildlife artist. As well as a special opportunity to a look at his personal photo album of wildlife from his extensive travels across the world including India, Africa and North America and more recently Antarctica and the Arctic.

Jeremy has earned an enviable worldwide reputation for accurate and sensitive representations of the natural world. He spends hours observing wildlife and natural environments to inspire his paintings. He will also show the audience a step by step of his work, from blank board to final painting. 

The talk coincides with Jeremy’s latest exhibition ‘Wildlife An Artists’ View’,  which is currently on display at the Manx Museum and showcases highlights from a quarter of a century of his work as a professional artist.  

Tickets to the talk are available from the Manx Museum Shop and cost ?10 per adult, with 10% discount available to members of the Friends of Manx National Heritage.  Isle of Man school children receive free entry, although must collect a free admission ticket in advance from the Manx Museum Shop.
