Gatwick changes will hit tourism, says MHP

No flights to and from Gatwick on a Saturday will have a detrimental effect on parts of the Island's hospitality industry, according to the Manx Hospitality Partnership's chairman.
Theo Fleurbaay was speaking after easyJet announced its Gatwick summer schedule next year won't include any Saturday flights.
He says the type of holiday people take here is changing, with more coming for shorter breaks, but there are still a number of accommodation providers who fill up on a Saturday to Saturday basis:
