Family "overwhelmed" by support

by isleofman.com 11th October 2013
The mother of Alexis French – the 10 year-old girl killed in a car crash in Castletown six days ago – says the family have been overwhelmed by the response from the Island community.

It’s after she was transferred to a hospital in Manchester to be closer to her husband and son, who are both receiving treatment at hospitals in the north-west following the collision.

Inspector Jed Bibby, who is leading the investigation, says comments posted on social media since the crash have been of great comfort.Clip 1
