Tesco bids for alcohol licence in Castletown again

Will it be third time lucky for Tesco in it's bid for an alcohol licence in Castletown?
The supermarket giant had bids refused in April and October last year.
It's proposed Tesco Express in Callow's Yard has still not opened.
A number of objections have been lodged including one from the local MHK Richard Ronan.
Castletown Commissioners opposed the last two bids but say they will remain neutral this time around.
Two days have been set aside for the hearing which started in Douglas courthouse this morning (Wed)
