Peel Lifeboat launched after woman slips off coastal path

Peel RNLI lifeboat was launched yesterday (Sat) to go to the aid of a woman who had slipped off the coastal path near Glen Maye.
The call out came around 3pm
Coastguard members were also involved in the rescue.
She was eventually airlifted by SeaKing helicopter to Nobles Hospital.
The extent of her injuries isn't known.
