Michael MHK Alf Cannan's description of the handling of a proposed wind turbine factory in Jurby.
The man behind the plan, Keith Brooks, issued an ultimatum to MHKs in an email - back him in writing, or he'll go elsewhere.
Mr Cannan says he and the local commissioners would obviously welcome more jobs for the area, but says this has not been the right way to go about it:Clip 1
