2013 Poppy Appeal launches tomorrow

The Poppy Appeal is launched tomorrow, with those behind it hoping the Island can maintain its proud fund-raising record.
Traditionally, more money is collected here per head of population than anywhere else in the British Isles.
The appeal will be launched at the Strand Shopping Centre, accompanied by an art exhibition inspired by nuclear testing.
