Upland worries for MHK

North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson says damage to the Island’s upland tracks is still a problem – despite years of debate on the subject.

In the House of Keys later this morning he’ll ask a series of questions to government ministers about what’s being done to stop irresponsible off-road drivers.

Mr Henderson says he understands there are responsible groups who do their best to preserve the Manx countryside.

But he says special licences for off-roaders may be a solution to identifying those who behave badly:Clip 1
