Tough Luvvie to stand up at the Villa

by isleofman.com 30th October 2013

Seasoned stand-up comic Hal Cruttenden is returning to the Island by popular demand to perform in aid of Junior Achievement.

Following his success in 2012 at the Villa Marina when he delighted the audiences as support to king of the one-liner Milton Jones, the naturally funny Hal will be making a welcome return to the Royal Hall on Saturday February 1st 2014 at 8pm with Tough Luvvie on Tour, his solo stand-up show that’s winning rave reviews (‘Immensely satisfying’ The Stage; ‘Hilarious’ Evening Standard) after selling out at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Footballers, Facebook and food are just three of the subjects he devours with his unique mix of camp and straight, warm and catty humour.

Tickets for the show, which is to raise funds for Junior Achievement and is being sponsored by Specialised Glazing Solutions (SGS) Limited, are ?15.30 each, (over-16s only) available from the Villa Marina box office on 60055 or online at cfvg.gov.im.
