Tynwald asked to help stop puppy farming

A petition to stop puppy farming has been launched.
It is addressed to all members of Tynwald, and aims to stop unregulated breeders selling into the Island.
It can be signed online by searching 'Tynwald stop the puppy dealers'.
Margaret Mansfield from the MSPCA says puppy farming can lead to health problems for the animals
