by isleofman.com 8th November 2013
It’s that time of year when year 13’s all over the Island are deciding to apply to Universities and Colleges to undertake a degree or other higher education award.

The IOM College of Further and Higher Education offers 17 higher education programmes of study including 9 undergraduate degree courses. New for 2014 is a BA Hons Event Management  & Marketing and a BA Hons Art, Design & Media.

As most courses can be taken on either a full or part time basis, people of any age and whether working or not will find opportunities for study and professional development in the College’s prospectus.

A Higher Education Open Day is being held at the Nunnery Campus on Wed 13 Nov. Schools (by appointment) are attending between 12 noon and 3pm and it is open to the public between 5-7pm. In addition to undergraduate and postgraduate courses, a range of professional courses will be on display including Chartered Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, ACCA and the Master in Business Administration (MBA)
