Capital unites to remember the fallen

Douglas Borough Council's Remembrance Sunday service on Sunday November 10th brought together civilians and former and serving armed service personnel, including contingents from the 12th Regiment RA and HMS Vigilant, to remember the fallen.

The Mayor of Douglas Councillor Carol Malarkey was the first to lay a wreath at the war memorial on Douglas promenade to commemorate all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice since the First World War.
