Police are appealing for information regarding damage committed to the window of Utopia Hair Salon, Central Promenade, Douglas. At approximately 3:15am on Saturday 16th November 2013, it is believed that a slight altercation occurred between a group of people leading to the main window of Utopia being broken.
Any person who may have witnessed any activity in the area, or who may have information relating to this incident, are urged to contact Police.
